By downloading, installing, or using Wonder Panel Basic or Wonder Panel Pro (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

LICENSE GRANT
Back To Earth Digital LLC ("Licensor") grants you a license to install and use Wonder Panel Basic or Wonder Panel Pro for Adobe After Effects according to the version you have obtained:
WONDER PANEL BASIC (FREE VERSION):
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wonder Panel Basic on your personal computer for both personal and commercial projects. This is a FREE version with LIMITED FEATURES and TEMPORARY SETTINGS that do not persist between sessions.
WONDER PANEL PRO (PAID VERSION):
Upon purchase, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Wonder Panel Pro for your personal use on a computer that you personally own and control. This version includes all features, persistent settings, and ongoing updates as released by Licensor.

RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
Share your download link, license key, or activation code with others
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Extract or use the Software's code in other projects
Circumvent any feature limitations or license restrictions
Claim the Software or any derivative work as your own

SCRIPT PERMISSIONS & SYSTEM ACCESS
This Software is an Adobe After Effects ScriptUI Panel (.jsxbin) that requires the "Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network" permission in After Effects Preferences.
By installing this Software, you acknowledge and consent that it may:
Create and modify files on your system (compositions, layers, exports)
Write files to default export directories
Access your After Effects project and composition data
Modify After Effects settings within the application
The Software does NOT:
Collect or transmit personal data
Access files outside of After Effects and designated export folders
Connect to external servers or transmit data over the network

BASIC vs PRO FEATURES
Wonder Panel Basic is a free version with limited functionality and temporary settings that do not persist between sessions. Wonder Panel Pro is a paid version that includes all features, advanced tools, persistent settings, and additional capabilities not available in the Basic version.
The Licensor reserves the right to modify feature availability at any time.

PAYMENT & LICENSING (PRO VERSION)
Wonder Panel Pro requires a one-time payment. Upon successful payment:
You receive a perpetual license to use the Software for your personal use
Future major versions (e.g., version 2.0) may require separate purchase
License keys are non-transferable and tied to your purchase email.

OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software is licensed, not sold. Back To Earth Digital LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
Your use of the Software does not grant you ownership of any aspect of the Software's code, design, or functionality.
Payment for Wonder Panel Pro grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

NO WARRANTY - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Licensor does NOT warrant that:
The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
The Software will be compatible with future Adobe After Effects versions
All features will work as expected in all configurations
The Software will not conflict with other scripts or plugins
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with the installation and use of this Software, including but not limited to: project corruption, data loss, system instability, or compatibility issues.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BACK TO EARTH DIGITAL LLC, JEREMY ALBUCHER, OR ANY AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
Loss of data, projects, or work product
Loss of revenue or profits
System crashes or instability
Incompatibility with other software
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind
This limitation applies even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE (IF ANY).
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to stop using it.

BACKUP & DATA PROTECTION
You are solely responsible for:
Backing up your After Effects projects before using the Software
Maintaining copies of your work
Testing the Software in non-critical projects before production use
The Licensor is not responsible for any project corruption, data loss, or damage to your work.
RECOMMENDATION: Always save your After Effects project before using any panel functions, especially when creating, modifying, or rendering content.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
This Software requires Adobe After Effects (sold separately by Adobe Inc.).
Adobe, After Effects, and related trademarks are the property of Adobe Inc. This Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc.
You must comply with Adobe's license terms for After Effects in addition to this Agreement.

UPDATES & SUPPORT
BASIC VERSION: No technical support is guaranteed. Support inquiries may be sent to backtoearthdigital@gmail.com, but responses are not guaranteed.
PRO VERSION: Priority support is provided via email at backtoearthdigital@gmail.com. Response times may vary but Licensor will make reasonable efforts to assist Pro users.
Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, or new versions at its sole discretion. Updates may be subject to additional or modified terms.

TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must:
Stop using the Software immediately
Delete all copies of the Software from your system
Destroy any backup copies

PRIVACY
The Software does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data. All settings and data remain local to your computer.
License validation for Wonder Panel Pro may require one-time online verification but does not transmit personal information beyond your license key and purchase email.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey & the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Back To Earth Digital LLC regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
No modification to this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Licensor.
